ELIZABETH

Elizabeth has lived in central Missouri her whole life.  She attended Northwest Missouri State University and transferred to Columbia College where she graduated with a degree in biology and a minor in psychology.  Elizabeth has always been interested in the sciences and has been able to combine that with her interest in movement through participating in various sports throughout high school and college.  A degree in biology and psychology has helped to further combine those interests and focus on how movement affects the body.  Working at Focus on Health has given her the opportunities to implement those skills and apply them in a clinic/gym hybrid setting.

Elizabeth and her husband bought and refinished a 5th wheel camper where they live with their two dogs.  They like staying active and enjoy spending time outside going camping, hiking, kayaking and hope to start backpacking soon!
