Music as Motivation

Maintaining a consistent workout routine can be challenging, but a good playlist can make all the difference. The right tunes can motivate you, energize you, and help you push through even the toughest workouts. That's why I have put together a (clean) workout playlist, featuring songs that personally get me excited to head to the gym.

First up on my list is a song from one of my most listened to bands, "Heat Waves" by Glass Animals. With its high-energy beat, this song is perfect for getting you pumped up and ready to tackle your workout. Next is an old favorite of mine, "Giants" by Bear Hands, a tune that's sure to get your blood pumping.

Ending with a couple of slower songs from two of my current favorite artists: Caamp and Noah Kahan. These laid-back tracks are perfect for a cooldown or stretching session.
