Kickoff Spring Challenge
The tulips are blooming and the birds are chirping, it’s clear that Spring is here! What better way to welcome Spring and warmer weather than with a Kickoff Spring Challenge?! For the month of April, here at Focus on Health we are kicking off spring by focusing on what we can do daily to stay mindful of movement and growth!
What is the Challenge?
There are 4 things that we will focus on completing each and every day throughout the challenge.
1) Water Intake
- Drink 1⁄2 your weight in ounces of water each day (ex: 150 lbs / 2 = 75 → drink 75
oz of water per day)
2) Grow your Mind
- Read 10 pages in a book or listen to 10 minutes of a podcast every day
3) Movement
- 30-45 minutes of activity each day (workout, yoga, walk, hike)
4) Fuel your Body
- Include fruits AND vegetables in at least one meal a day
When is the Challenge happening? The challenge is going to run from Monday, April 3rd through Friday, April 28th!
Where do I do the Challenge? You can do the challenge from ANYWHERE!
Why should I try the Challenge?
The Kickoff Spring Challenge is a great way to stay focused on your health and movement and be mindful of the little things every day! Joining others in a group challenge is also a great way to build community and create accountability to stay on track with your goals!
